From 2015-2016, I co-led the UX side of a multi-functional team that redesigned the e-commerce website of a national industrial supplier. Via extensive client conversations, phone-based customer interviews, and existing customer survey data, we discovered and integrated custom B2B features and functionalities unique to the client’s business. The goal was to make a best-in-class consumer-level website that welcomed new customers, while also staying true to the wants and needs of existing large business customers. The site launched in late summer 2016.
