Total graphical redesign of the site, completed in April 2004, with attention focused on easier and more efficient navigation, increased functionality and usability, and greater professionalism and visual appeal. Worked closely with 4-person team and the larger Rackham staff, employing various user interface design principles such as comparative evaluation, usability testing (7 users), and heuristic evaluation.
