Consulted in-house for 3 months during the summer of 2004, working on CCH-WS's Securities Compliance Resource Network. Doing an in-depth study of the database's categories and labelling, and through comparative analysis and many user interviews, I completed a strategy report detailing how to best redesign and implement the CRN's taxonomy for better information search and retrieval.
